Condo Cooking: Quick & Simple Recipes for the Condo Lifestyle

With the holidays just around the corner, there's bound to be plenty of occasion to entertain.  So, what better time to promote our new Condo Cooking feature?  Twice a month, we'll feature a new recipe from a local Top Chef.

Our first recipe comes courtesy of Christopher Palik, Executive Chef of Paese Restaurant:

Roasted Golden Beet Salad with Arugula and Goat Cheese

This festive salad is reminiscent of a holiday wreath and holly leaves

Reminiscent of a holiday wreath and holly leaves, this festive-looking dish is sure to please your party guests.  Though it looks (and tastes!) incredibly sophisticated, the recipe is quick to prepare and simple enough for even the most amateur of chefs.
