Condo Sales: The Past 30 Days at Concorde Park


This week, we're heading to North York for  closer look at Concorde Park I and Concorde Park II, located near the DVP and Wynford Drive.



Completed in 1989 and 1992 respectively, this two-building development offers its residents  a range of activities including a gym, indoor pool and both tennis and squash courts, while its close proximity to the DVP allows for ease of access to all parts of the GTA.

In the past 30 days, a total of four units have sold at Concorde Park with prices ranging from $215,500 for a 1-BR unit to $293,000 for a 2-BR unit.
These properties spent an average of 39 days on the market.

Three units were also leased at Concorde Park in the past 30 days, ranging from $1,225 for a 1+Den to $1,600 for a 2+Den.  These rentals spent an average of 17 days on the market.

Condo Sales: The Past 30 Days at eq1 and eq2 at Equinox


This week, we're heading to Scarborough's popular City Centre for a closer look at eq1 and eq2 at Equinox by Monarch, located near McCowan and Hwy 401.


These towers make up two parts of a larger six-building development.  The surrounding neighbourhood provides a wide range of local amenities such as banks and grocery stores alongside popular restaurants and shops.  These condos are also in close proximity to Scarborough Town Centre and the Scarborough RT.

In the past 30 days, a total of three units have sold at eq1 and eq2 with prices ranging from $187,000 for a 1-BR unit to $285,000 for a 2-BR unit.
These properties spent an average of 43 days on the market.  

Four units were also leased at eko in the past 30 days, ranging from $1,300 for a 1+Den to $1,700 for a 2+Den.  These rentals spent an average of 46 days on the market.

Condo Sales: The Past 30 Days at Absolute Condos


This week, we're heading west to Mississauga's happening City Centre for a closer look at Absolute Condos by Cityzen and Fernbrook Homes, located at the northeast corner of Hurontario and Burnhamthorpe, just south of Hwy 403.

This acclaimed development features five high-rise buildings, including its two highly-anticipated "Marilyn Monroe" towers that are currently under construction.

In the past 30 days, a total of nine units have sold at Absolute Condos:
 
  • 90 Absolute Ave (Phase 1) - No units were sold;

  • 70 Absolute Ave (Phase 2) - Seven units were sold with prices ranging from $241,000 for a 1+Den to $385,000 for a 2+Den. These properties spent an average of 21 days on the market;

  • 80 Absolute Ave (Phase 3) - Two units were sold with prices ranging from $257,000 for a 1+Den to $280,000 for a 2-BR suite.  These properties spent an average of 17 days on the market.

Nine units were also leased at Absolute Condos in the past 30 days:

  • 90 Absolute Ave - Five units were leased, from $1,300 for a 1+Den to $1,530 for a 2-BR unit.  These rentals spent an average of 19 days on the market;

  • 70 Absolute Ave - A 3-BR suite leased for $1,850 after 2 days on the market;

  • 80 Absolute Ave - Three units were leased, from $1,650 to $2,200 for a 2+Den.  These rentals spent an average of 31 days on the market.

Condo Sales: The Past 30 Days at eko Markham Centre Condos

This week, we're heading to Markham's desirable Unionville neighbourhood for a closer look at eko Condos by Liberty Development, located at the southwest corner of Warden and Hwy 7.

This solid development features four buildings - noa1, noa2, noa3 and noa - and hosts a number of building amenities for its residents including a fitness centre and indoor swimming pool.  The surrounding neighbourhood provides an incredible range of local amenities such as banks, groceries alongside popular restaurants and shops.  The development is also within walking distance of Unionville High School, Markham Theatre and the Town of Markham's Civic Centre.

In the past 30 days, a total of nine units have sold at eko Condos with prices ranging from $258,000 for a 1+Den unit to $342,000 for a 2+Den unit. These properties spent an average of 55 days on the market.
 

Six units were also leased at eko in the past 30 days, ranging from $1,200 for a 1-BR unit to $1,750 for a 2+Den.  These rentals spent an average of 30 days on the market.

In the past 90 days, a total of two units have sold at Chateau Royal with prices ranging from $383,000 for a 1+Den unit to $512,000 for a 2+Den unit. These properties spent an average of 32 days on the market.
