This week, we're heading to North York for closer look at Concorde Park I and Concorde Park II, located near the DVP and Wynford Drive.
Completed in 1989 and 1992 respectively, this two-building development offers its residents a range of activities including a gym, indoor pool and both tennis and squash courts, while its close proximity to the DVP allows for ease of access to all parts of the GTA.
In the past 30 days, a total of four units have sold at Concorde Park with prices ranging from $215,500 for a 1-BR unit to $293,000 for a 2-BR unit. These properties spent an average of 39 days on the market.
Three units were also leased at Concorde Park in the past 30 days, ranging from $1,225 for a 1+Den to $1,600 for a 2+Den. These rentals spent an average of 17 days on the market.
