This week, we're heading to Scarborough's popular City Centre for a closer look at eq1 and eq2 at Equinox by Monarch, located near McCowan and Hwy 401.
These towers make up two parts of a larger six-building development. The surrounding neighbourhood provides a wide range of local amenities such as banks and grocery stores alongside popular restaurants and shops. These condos are also in close proximity to Scarborough Town Centre and the Scarborough RT.
In the past 30 days, a total of three units have sold at eq1 and eq2 with prices ranging from $187,000 for a 1-BR unit to $285,000 for a 2-BR unit. These properties spent an average of 43 days on the market.
Four units were also leased at eko in the past 30 days, ranging from $1,300 for a 1+Den to $1,700 for a 2+Den. These rentals spent an average of 46 days on the market.
