King Edward Private Residences: #1 Most Viewed Project on LiveHigh.com!

The King Edward Private Residences (affectionately known as the King Eddy) kicked off the launch of their new condo project last night in the Vanity Ballroom of the legendary King Edward Hotel, which first opened its doors in 1903.

Three floors of what was formerly commercial space will soon be converted into new private condo residences at this renowned address on 37 King St. E., just west of Victoria St.

Celebrating a new era at this famed residence, the party paid homage to the magical era of the past when the Beatles stayed at this Toronto landmark.  Retro refreshments were served while guests were treated to live music from a Beatles tribute band.  John Lennon, Yoko Ono and Marilyn Monroe even made appearances!

The King Eddy is pegged to be one of the most exciting projects this year.  "With its highly recognizable name, this residence is steeped in history and is a true iconic address," says John Poole, VP Ontario Brokerage and Broker of Record for Sotheby's International Realty Canada.

Details have yet to be released, but broker previews for this highly anticipated project begin this week.  Contact your Realtor for your opportunity to own a piece of this luxurious landmark today!
