The LiveHigh Team recently visited the Sales Centre for Miracle At Yonge by the Pemberton Group, to be located west of Yonge St. and north of Bantry Ave. in Richmond HIll. If the proposed TTC subway extension in Richmond Hill becomes a reality, a condominium in this area could prove to be an interesting investment. As of our time of visit, a limited-time promotion for $10,000 off all listed prices was available to purchasers.
