In the past 30 days, a total of two units have sold at ARC, with prices ranging from $343,500 for a 1+Den suite, to $347,900 for a 1-BR unit of 697 sq ft. Nine units were also leased over the past month, from $1,250 for a Studio space to $1,800 for a 2+Den suite.
